M2North acknowledged for innovative approach to electronic transactions

Sep26Friday, September 16, 2005 saw M2North being named a finalist in the Innovation and Sustainability awards in the category Excellence in Innovation and Sustainability: Economic: ICT, at a gala dinner, attended by Minister Geraldine Fraser-Moleketi, at The Castle, Kyalami.

The Innovation and Sustainability awards celebrate innovation in action, and the ongoing growth and survival of these innovations into the future.

According to event organizer, Sheenagh Levy, of Axius Publishing, being a finalist in this sector was no mean feat, particularly in light of the number, and quality of entries in this area of the competition.

Ivan Jenkins, M2North's CEO says, "M2North is privileged to have made the the top five, especially being our first attempt. We are proud to be there among SA's innovators. It's great that innovation should be encouraged in South Africa in this way."
