• Application Developers:
  
  Skills required: PHP (spoken as a first language), SQL, raw talent, passion and CSS good looks would be a bonus.
  
  These are our rock stars. Therefore, we keep our team small and tight. We work hard, have lots and love what we do.
  
  
• Salespeople:
  
  Skills required: A good-with-people, think out-the-box kind of person, who can create in a space, rather than roll out an existing mindset. There is huge room for growth, all dependent on your ability to innovate.
