We take your product or price list, import it into the platform, and with you decide what is mandatory, can be selected from drop down lists, should be hard coded, use formulas - the options and possibilities are up to you.

Once your catalogue is set up, you can manage and update it manually or by sending us updates. Though a secure web portal, you can give user restricted access to your customers to place orders online.

"But I already have an ordering website"

An ordering website is not enough. In many respects, it is not actually even a progression from the traditional methods of telephoning or faxing through orders. While it may make the process of ordering more simple for you, the supplier, it makes the process more complex for your customer. Where previously they could order products using the same means, be it fax or telephonically, they now would have to log in to each supplier's website to place their orders. They have to remember different user names and passwords for each site as well as navigate in different ways through each.
