For subscribers to the Missing Link Accounts Payable or Missing Link Accounts Receivable services, IRJ Software guarantees that at least 70% of received transactions will be successfully processed in each calendar month. "Received transactions" means the supplier invoices (Accounts Payable) or customer sales orders (Accounts Receivable) received by the service through a supported channel in a form that is legible and complete. "Successfully processed" means captured and delivered to the subscriber's integrated system without requiring manual intervention by the subscriber beyond the agreed exception workflow.
If the service successfully processes fewer than 70% of received transactions in a calendar month, the subscription fee for that service for that month will be credited in full, provided the shortfall is reported to IRJ Software within 30 days of the end of the month concerned. The guarantee does not apply where the shortfall arises from causes outside IRJ Software's control, including unavailability or misconfiguration of the subscriber's own systems, changes to transaction sources or document formats that were not notified to IRJ Software, or suspension of the service for non-payment. The fee credit is the sole and exclusive remedy under this guarantee, and the guarantee does not otherwise vary any written licence or subscription agreement with IRJ Software, which prevails in the event of any conflict.
