Security
M2North scored 809/1000 in an independent CyberVadis cybersecurity assessment — above the benchmark in every area assessed — earning a Silver medal for 2026.
M2North's whole premise is that trust should be checked, not claimed. Suppliers on the network are verified against company registries, sanctions lists and real trading history — because a claim you can't verify isn't worth much.
That standard has to apply to us too. Purchase orders, invoices and payment data flow through M2North every day, and "trust us, we're secure" is exactly the kind of claim we tell buyers not to accept. So we put ourselves through an independent cybersecurity assessment.

CyberVadis is an evidence-based cybersecurity assessment used by enterprise procurement teams worldwide to evaluate the third parties they trade with. It is not a questionnaire we filled in about ourselves: analysts review the actual evidence behind each control and score against a consistent methodology, so the result can be compared across every company they assess.
The 2026 assessment examined 144 security controls across four focus areas — data privacy, data protection, business continuity, and third-party security management — and scored how we identify, protect against, detect and react to security threats.
M2North scored 809 out of 1000, earning a Silver medal for 2026. The average score across companies CyberVadis assesses is 684, and we scored above that benchmark in every focus area and every function assessed. Our strongest results were in detection and response — how quickly a threat is spotted and dealt with — where we scored above 950.
The certificate is valid until August 2027 and is available to download, alongside our ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification. If your procurement or IT security team wants the detail behind the score, ask us — sharing it is the point of being assessed.
If you trade through M2North, our security posture is part of your security posture. When your AP department automates invoice processing with us, or your orders arrive through the network, an independent, current, verifiable assessment of the platform handling them should be something you can check — not something you have to take on faith.
An assessment like this also comes with homework. CyberVadis doesn't just score; it identifies where we can improve, and we reassess annually. That is how we think trust should work everywhere on the network: verified, current, and re-earned every year.

Real progress rarely comes from ideology alone. It comes from understanding systems — and from optimising the relationships between them.
